The (C#/Db) chord is basically just the "A" string at the 4th fret added to the "D" chord. It's not strummed, just play the bass note. Chords used: D - 000232 Em - 222000 G - 550030 Bm - x24432 D* = D chord riff, follows vocal melody (C#/Db) = x4x232
