IMPORTANT NOTICE
=================

My idea of this tab is, being able to play the song with a minimum of chord shapes.

You need to know how to form barré-chords but than only need 6 chord shapes and

some fingerwork, with your middlefinger and pinky to play this song.

Because of this "simplification" it does not sound 100% like the original, but it still

rocks and is easier to play in my opinion.

I haven't tabbed the solo out yet.

There are two guitars. A rhythm and a lead guitar. Let's have a look at the
lead-guitar first.

Tuning: Standard

Intro

digital delay 550ms, feedback 25% (2-3 repeats), mix 50%

B|-2-2-------------4-4-4-5-5-4-4-7-|
G|-----4-4-------------------------|
D|---------------------------------|
A|---------------------------------|
E|---------------------------------|

VERSE

digital delay with modulation 800ms, feedback 40% (4 repeats), mix 50%
I also use a shimmer-effect to make it sound deeper

e|-----6----------2-------|
B|------------------------| 4 Times
G|---8----------4---------|
D|-6----------2-----------| (barré at the 6th and the 2nd fret,
A|------------------------| use ringfinger for the other note,
E|------------------------| which is important for the next step)

PRE-CHORUS

digital delay with modulation 800ms, feedback 40% (4 repeats), mix 50%
I also use a shimmer-effect to make it sound deeper

e|-----6---------------------------------2-------------------------|
B|------------9------7-------------------------5------3------------| 4 Times
G|---8------8------8-----8-9p-8--------4------4------4------4-5p-4-|
D|-6------6------6------6-----------2------2------2------2---------|
A|-----------------------------------------------------------------|
E|-----------------------------------------------------------------|

(Notice this little "box" where we are playing in! While the pointerfinger
is forming barrés at 6th and 2nd, the ringfinger rests where it is the
whole time - exactly as in the position as in the verse. Meanwhile
Mr Middlefinger and Mrs Pinky are dancing beside the ringfinger at the
b and g string. Needs some time to practice and to speed it up. Don't give up)

Tuning: Standard

I suggest playing it with less treble and some fat distortion.
There are many ways to alter this, here is how I would play it.

INTRO

e|--------------------------------------------------|
B|--------------------------------------------------| 2 Times
G|-66666666--4444--------66666666-------------------|
D|-66666666--4444--2222--66666666--2222-4444--------|
A|-44444444--2222--2222--44444444--2222-4444--------|
E|--------------------------------------2222--------|

VERSE and PRE-CHORUS

e|----------------------------------------------------------------|
B|----------------------------------------------------------------|
G|-----6-----6---6------6-----6---6--------4-----4----------------| p.m.
D|-----6-----6---6------6-----6---6--------4-----4--------4-----4-|
A|-4-4-4-4-4-4-4-4--4-4-4-4-4-4-4-4----2-2-2-2-2-2--------4-----4-|
E|----------------------------------------------------2-2-2-2-2-2-|

e|----------------------------------------------------------------|
B|----------------------------------------------------------------|
G|-----6-----6---6------6-----6---6-------------------------------| p.m.

E|----------------------------------------------------2-2-2-2-2-2-|

You can vary between the E5 and the B5. Try to accent the power-chords
with a powerful downstroke.
