Repeat 4 times You may ask "how the heck is it possible to play this?" I personally think that Skeoch has evolved an extra finger to play this stuff. The way I do it is to make use of my thumb to fret the low E string on the G and F#, then do a painful bend with my pinky along with the F base note.
