That’s pretty much the whole song. I like to play the lead (the piano) mostly on the B string with a slide I never bothered to figure out the third guitar, but it sounds like most of it is variants of the chords listed in the first few bars – probably something on the A string | / slide up | \ slide down | h hammer-on | p pull-off | ~ vibrato | + harmonic | x Mute note
