I love this album, I reckon it's the best by Van the man, but there are some other great
too.
I haven't put the guitar fills in, but they're pretty easy to figure out. This song is
simple,
just this riff most of the time and some synth chords; easy stuff.

Right, to business. You could use a capo for this song, I think he does, but I don't own and it'spretty easy without. The first chord is D#, played open like this:E|-3-| ...in four successive semi-quavers, then a one-beat rest.B|-4-| It's the same rhythm for all the chords, just listen to the song,G|-3-| real easy.D|-5-|A|-6-|E|---|
Second chord, you add the 2nd (or the 9th, it doesn't really matter, they're the same), you havea shape like this:E|---| Non capo users: I recommend barre-ing with your index fingerB|-5-| (obviously), holding the low D# on the A string with your ringG|-3-| finger, Pinkie on the 9th (B string), and middle finger on the GD|-5-| (D string).A|-6-|E|---|
After that it's a G# barre chord, and an A# barre chord, which I prefer to play like this:E|---| ...simply laying your ring finger across the third fret, 'coz thatB|-3-| way it's easier to get back to the D# chord.G|-3-|D|-3-|A|-1-|E|---|
