City And Colour - Grand Optimist tab

Song: Grand Optimist
Artist: City and Colour
Album: Little Hell

I was pretty disappointed with this album. Way too many metaphors that don't really make
sense, and too many "story songs." This is probably the best song from Little Hell.

Capo 3

Chorus (if you can call it that...) The part in paranthesis is optional. It's the vocal part, it isn't played by the guitar in the song. I think it sounds good, but do whatever you feel like.

I think he might bend some of the strings instead of sliding, but it's pretty difficult to bend a full step on a capo'd acoustic. He might be using a pedal steel guitar or something. Ending

"ooooooooooo i guess i take after my mother" He does some little random pull-offs and maybe some hammer-ons during the last few lines. You figure them out. End on Am.
