Housemartins – Think For A Minute chords ver. 2

Chords
Transpose:
I thought the previous version posted here was a bit bland
with just two chords, so I have fleshed it out a bit to make
it more interesting to play and I think it sounds better too.
Put a capo on the 2nd fret for the correct key or just play
it in G !! Thanks to Fidgety Gunman for getting me started.
  North Haven 0, Hull 4 !!

-----------------------------------------------------------

G A7 Something's going on, a change is taking place
C DChildren smiling in the street have gone without a trace
G A7 This street used to be full, it used to make me smile
C DAnd now it seems that everyone is walking in single file
Am C And many bow their heads in shame
Em DThat used to hold them high
Am C And those that used to say hello
Em DSimply pass you by
C D Em D Think for a minute, stop for a minute
Think for a minute, stop for a minute
G A7 I always said it could, they never though it would
C D The people look so pitiful, I'm thinking that it should
G A7 And now it's almost here, now it's on it's way,
C D I can't help saying told you so and have a nice final day
Am C Cause nothing I could say
Em D Could ever make them see the light
Am C Now apathy is happy that
Em DIt won without a fight
C D Em D Think for a minute, stop for a minute
Think for a minute, stop for a minute
Am C And many bow their heads in shame
Em DThat used to hold them high
Am C And those that used to say hello
Em DSimply pass you by
C D Em D Think for a minute, stop for a minute
Think for a minute, stop for a minute
