Misc Christmas – In The Bleak Midwinter chords

This is a very simplified version of a Christmas classic.  It's not so much a 
strumming version.  I recommend trying to just randomly pick along the chords 
listed below until you find the groove that works for you.

*After the C chord after "water like a stone" I tab a transition chord of which I 
am  not sure of the name but it makes for a smooth yet pronounced change into the 
Dm and is as follows: X3231X
