Regina Spektor – Another Town chords

This is my first tab or whatever, so its not gonna be perfect, but its a good attempt right?

I can't get the chord progression between the G and the Ab. If someone would be so kind 
as to add it to the comments i'll edit it in. Same for the (i love you) parts.

Also can someone advise me on how to make it look neater?
