Dm7 G(III) Dm7 G(III) Fmaj7 [Chorus]
A B7 Will you still have a song to sing when

F#m C#m D A/C# E D EWill you still be singing it on that cold and windy day?
[Ending: F#m E/F# D A] You can vary the chords a little from the ones given above. For the interlude (before the chorus) I think Dm7 sounds good, but a straight Dm is fine too. Also, a lot of the G and A chords can be played as Gadd9 and Aadd9 chords, to vary the sound a little. For example, try playing x0242x instead of x0222x once in a while. (On the original, the piano plays mostly Aadd9 and Gadd9, instead of plain A and G).
