Julia Stone- Winter On The Weekend

Hey! This is my first chord set, it is very straightforward. It sounds correct
when you play it with the recording. I played it on the piano but itÂ’s just as
easy to play on the guitar
The intro starts on an Eb, then to a C. ItÂ’s not hard to work out from that.

Cm Ab Fm G
CmHe's a dog
AbBut he's dressed up like a sheep
FmGot bones all through the backyard
GBut he likes to drink tea
CmWe play scrabble on the weekend
AbAnd he talks about the weather most of the time
FmI thought my sacred body
GWith him it would be fine
CmAnd I walked into the doorway
AbHe slid across the room
FmMy heart, it started racing
GI just didn't know what to do
CmAnd he laid me on the floor
AbAnd my screams they go unheard
FmThe lady living next door
GWell she's six feet under the dirt
CmDaddy, why don't you protect me
AbSomeone's gonna hurt me
Fm GThere's nothing I can do
CmDaddy, why don't you protect me
AbSomeone's gonna hurt me
Fm GThere's nothing I can do
CmHe's a dog
