I worked this out ages ago, recorded my own version of it too.
it's a great song.

anyways it's extremely easy to play
I can't remember if it's played half a step down or not as I don't have my guitar 
with me right now. I think it might be.
but no capo.

chords that are picked throughout about 90% of the song are as follows:
it's simple to work out the picking method.
