Bridge (starts around the 1:58 mark) Bm (7th) E (7th) F#m (5th) D (5th)||-7------------|-7------------|-5-------------|-5------------||||-7------------|-9------------|-7-------------|-7------------||||-7------------|-9------------|-6-------------|-7------------||||-9------------|-9------------|-7-------------|-7------------||||-9------------|-7------------|-5-------------|-5------------||||--------------|--------------|---------------|--------------||
Transition back to Chorus after Bridge: Just keep repeating that last D chord a few more bars then go right into the chorus. The bridge can be hard to discern and I know other people play different chords. Instead of the F#m, you can also try barring a C#m7 at the 9th fret, which sounds good. You could also play the F#m at the 9th fret.
