Think this is fairly correct. A lot of it is played as barre chords
with down strokes on the bottom strings (probably), though full chords 
ring out sometimes.

The "You're running" part is up strokes on D barre "A" shape.

As for the lyrics, I was flummoxed at some points, had a stab though.
