This is a beautiful ballad found on the CSNY (compilation) album "So
Far". It uses an unusual open tuning EBDGAD (Thanks to Harlan L
Thompson  for providing it on OLGA). I
prefer to play it with a thumb pick to strengthen the bass line. The
transcription has been done entirely by listening to the record. The
original version features two guitars (and sounds like four), but this
reproduces it fairly accurately. Judge by yourself and let me know of
any corrections or improvements.
